Where do you ship?
VanSan Store ships to selected international destinations. Available countries are shown at checkout. If your country appears in the shipping menu, we can ship there.
Is VanSan Store affiliated with Hudson's Bay Company?
No. VanSan Store is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Hudson's Bay Company, Canadian Tire, Pendleton, Woolrich, or any other heritage blanket brand.
Are the blankets 100% wool?
Check the product page for the exact material details of the item you are buying. Our main blanket listings are built around 100% wool point blankets, but the product page is always the source of truth.
How do I choose a blanket size?
Use the size based on where the blanket will live most of the time:
- Twin: 86 x 60 in / about 218 x 152 cm - good for bunks, kids rooms, cabin beds, and single sleepers.
- Double: 90 x 72 in / about 229 x 183 cm - good for smaller beds, guest rooms, sofas, and layered use.
- Queen: 100 x 90 in / about 254 x 229 cm - the safest flexible choice for most beds and gifts.
- King: 108 x 100 in / about 274 x 254 cm - best for larger beds, extra coverage, and winter layering.
How should I care for a wool blanket?
Follow the care label on your specific product. In general, wool blankets do best with airing out, spot cleaning when possible, gentle brushing, and clean dry storage. Avoid high heat unless the care label says it is safe.
Can I return an order?
Unused, unwashed items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping may apply unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review it and help fix the issue.
Why do some products mention Hudson Bay style or point blankets?
Customers often use those terms to describe the classic striped wool point blanket look. Any brand names belong to their respective owners.
